Remember that the delivery times include working days only, and that holidays are not considered.

Please note the courier can deliver to P.O. Boxes or to General Delivery/Poste Restante addresses.

The website should automatically recognize the Country from where you are connecting. If your country has not recognized, you can fill it in the address box with the all your delivery information or contact us for help. Bulgarian Post accepted shipments almost to all the countries.

It is possible to change the Country of delivery by clicking on the link Delivery Country.

Orders made from a Country site different from the one you are shipping to, or to addresses to which our courier cannot ship, will be cancelled and refunded.

You may track the delivery of your order by using the Tracking Number provided by the Bulgarian Post courier.

You will find the Tracking Number for your order in the shipping confirmation e-mail.

Registered users can also check the status of their orders in My Account, Orders.

The National Post courier service delivers from Monday to Friday during office hours and you cannot pre-book delivery times. The courier will try to deliver the package for three consecutive working days, leaving a notification each time in your email or contact phone number.

Undelivered packages will be returned to our warehouse.
